I bought the iPad pro with 512gb worth of storage and my intention when spending the extra money was to be able to use it. Instead I’m pushed into using the cloud or iTunes to transfer photos and files. It was such a nightmare that I felt that I had wasted to 100s of dollars on the extra storage space. Microsoft cloud is better but not by much since I can only transfer 5 pictures at a time with that. I transfer 100s at a time with Send Anywhere.
I mean I can plug my cheap piece of crap windows phone into my PC and drag and drop pictures all day, but with my $1000 iPad pro I cant! I mean Apple is all about the great retina screen but no easy way to get your pictures onto your iPad to see them on the great retina screen.
Apple should spend less time buying names like Dr. Dre and invest in technology like Send Anywhere! CharlyneF, Hands down, the best.Okay, so I’m not the type to write reviews, but this App deserves it 100%.

I tried everything- EVERYTHING. I got a new IPad and I wanted to send all my dear videos from IPod to Ipad. ICloud sucked, for some reason I couldn’t message them to myself (which I’ve done before for other things), I tried a couple of different Transfer Apps and this one hands down is the best. It was simple, easy, and FAST. I have crappy internet service, so when I saw this App work like the speed of light I was impressed. It’s also fast with MULTIPLE sends. I did all videos.
10-12 and was just as fast as sending one. You want to transfer photos, videos, etc? Akiel, Excellent App, but needs encryptionI am pro member. I use this app a lot and one thing I love is the frequent updates which shows that the developers are constantly working to make a fantastic app even much better. I gave it 4 Stars for now because there is a few features I’ll like too see added eg.
End-to-end encryptions, the ability to password protect files sent and a way to see when the files sent is being downloaded i.e. If I share a link I’ll like to see how many times it was downloaded, if it’s actively being downloaded etc. For me it’s all about security and how the developer handles or guarantees privacy.
I read through and did not see any mention of that. Forgive me if I missed it. Otherwise, great app and hoping to see those requested features in future updates. Developer Response, Hi there, at the time of transmission via Send Anywhere, the file is always encrypted and transmitted so that the contents of the file being transferred cannot be known by others. We already provide these features. Facebook-owned instant messaging app, has become quite popular these days, so much so that you will rarely find a person today who has not used it or doesn’t use it. It has become the go-to app for texting, sharing videos, photos among other things. For sharing images, it is certainly one of the most popular apps. When we want to share a photo with someone, we usually just select that picture and forward it to someone on private chat or in a group. What many of us don't know is that while doing so, the quality of the picture received on the other end does not remain the same as that of the original picture. It gets deteriorated actually.
However, there are ways to send pictures through WhatsApp without losing the. These steps can really come in handy when you are sharing your photos with someone over WhatsApp.Method-1: and then sendingThis is quite an easy method if you've to send one or two images.
